Monica is a force-free dog trainer. That means that she’ll never train using a harsh voice, physical punishment, martingale collars, head halters, or any form of aversive training tools like choke collars, prong collars, or shock collars. They’re not training tools. They’re soul-destroying devices.
She’ll never say “Shhh” either.
